Elizabeth completed her Physiotherapy degree in 2009 and has a broad range of experience working across various healthcare settings. She takes a holistic, mind-body approach to physiotherapy, focusing on helping individuals with chronic pain, fatigue, and complex health conditions regain function and improve their quality of life.
- Extensive experience in biopsychosocial assessments and rehabilitation for individuals with chronic pain and complex conditions, including CRPS, EDS, FND, ADHD, ASD, PTSD, and BPD
- Skilled in clinical Pilates, hydrotherapy, and movement-based rehabilitation for musculoskeletal and neurological conditions
- Background in community physiotherapy, working with NDIS participants, aged care clients, and individuals with balance and coordination challenges
- Experienced in VR therapy and online physiotherapy for individuals with ASD, ADHD, chronic pain, and movement disorders
- Strong focus on advocacy and client-centered care, ensuring individuals receive personalized treatment plans to support their health and independence
- Trained in falls prevention, balance training, and strength programs, including the GLA:D program for osteoarthritis management
- Experience in private practice, with a special interest in Pilates-based rehabilitation and gymnastics-specific physiotherapy
Elizabeth is passionate about making physiotherapy engaging and accessible, using movement, education, and innovative therapy approaches to support clients in achieving their goals.
Outside of work, she enjoys ballet classes, walking in the forest, and spending time with her Murray River Retriever.
