Medical/Allied Health Administrator Sophie

Sophie

Sophie is a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist with over 14 years of clinical experience in mental health and community wellbeing. She works with Adults in the mental health space. Her approach is centred around empowering individuals to build on their existing strengths and live meaningful, independent lives—rather than focusing solely on impairments. Sophie is committed to delivering patient-centred care, working collaboratively with participants to help them achieve their personal goals in everyday living.

Sophie has worked across a wide range of mental health settings, both in Australia and the UK, including acute mental health, perinatal mental health, criminal justice, tertiary education, and adult mental health. Her leadership and clinical supervision roles have equipped her with deep insight into service delivery, evidence-based practice, and trauma-informed care.

She brings a warm, calm presence to her work and is especially skilled at building trust with individuals experiencing complex mental health challenges. In the NDIS community setting, Sophie applies her expertise to help participants engage more confidently in daily life, access community supports, and build routines that enhance wellbeing.
